A content-driven platform for an SDA Reform church: the main site, an admin panel, and five satellite apps — events, a songbook, an analog-treasures catalogue with a Bible reader, and a hosted Sabbath lesson — all on one Cloudflare stack.
Built and maintained together with a fellow developer. A single Cloudflare monorepo runs the church's public site, its admin panel, and five satellite apps: an events landing page, a songbook, a book catalogue with a Bible reader, a Sabbath Bible Lesson mirror, and the shared API and database behind all of them.
Everything content-driven passes through the admin panel — nothing is hardcoded and reshipped for a text change. A shared design system ("dark museum") and a shared set of DTOs keep the seven apps consistent without copy-pasting components between them. German and English throughout, on a shared i18n layer.
Runs entirely on Cloudflare: D1 for data, R2 for images, KV for site configuration, one Worker per app. Pushing to main runs the pipeline end to end — lint and build, then migrations, then the API deploy — while the front-end apps deploy through Cloudflare Pages' own Git integration.
